With over 7 years of experience as an athletic trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping others achieve optimal wellness. My specialty lies in Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle yet powerful technique that supports healing and balance. Along with this, I offer comprehensive muscle and joint assessments, as well as a variety of bodywork techniques, including scraping, cupping, manual therapy, and stretching.
